Screamin’ Demon is a very small batch hot sauce inspired by our good friend who was the Mayor of Hell Michigan for a day. It is one of our favorite flavored hot sauces to date. The peppers we used are Thai chili, bird’s eye, Boquino, mad hatters, cherry bombs, and Szechuans. To describe the heat level of this sauce we would say it is in the same range as cayenne-based hot sauces.

All of our hot sauces are fermented not cooked, which means more flavor and no additives or artificial preservatives… just peppers, vinegar, and salt!
