This hot sauce was aged for 10 months in a bourbon barrel that also aged maple syrup in it. Using a blend of cherry bombs, habaneros, and Hungarian hots, this sauce has rich notes of charred oak, vanilla, maple, and bourbon.

All of our hot sauces are fermented not cooked, which means more flavor and no additives or artificial preservatives… just peppers, vinegar, and salt!
