The Scorpion is made with scorpion peppers, carrot, and onion. Even though it is right up there with some of our hottest, it still packs a lot of flavor! Color may vary from batch to batch, depending on the color of the scorpion peppers available to us.

All of our hot sauces are fermented not cooked, which means more flavor and no additives or artificial preservatives… just peppers, vinegar, and salt!
