We grill the peppers before fermentation in this hot sauce to bring out a nice fruitiness to the peppers. Though the mildest of our four mainstays, it still has a kick with jalapeños and serranos, and has a rich pepper flavor you can put on anything!

All of our hot sauces are fermented not cooked, which means more flavor and no additives or artificial preservatives… just peppers, vinegar, and salt!
