The flavor of this beautiful bok choi is mild, succulent, and very tasty! Use the entire head, tip to tip, the leaves have a lovely flavor and the white stem is deliciously crunchy like celery. Great sautéed, in stir fry, roasted, and even raw! We love to make classic coleslaw with this variety or a lovely Asian-style salad. All of our produce is Certified Naturally Grown, so no herbicides, pesticides, synthetic/chemical fertilizers, and no GMO seeds.
